1.0 These legal terms (English law applies and disputes will be settled by English courts) are between you and Thrive International Ltd trading as All Humanity (All Humanity/us/we) and you agree to them by using our Website, booking an Event, engaging our Consultancy or buying our Products.

  • “You” or “your” means you personally (i.e., the individual who reads and agrees to be bound by these terms).
  • If you access this Website on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity (including, but not limited to, a partnership, LLC or LLP), “you” or “your” means you and such legal entity on whose behalf you access the Website.
  • “Our” and “us” refers to All Humanity.
  • “Website” means the website at www.allhumanity.co.uk and our social networking pages.
  • “Customer” means the individual, company or organisation that books and pays for a service (Event or Consultancy) and is identified as the person responsible for enrolling Participant(s).
  • “Participant” means the individual who attends an Event.
  • “Event” means any single or multi-session event, including courses, workshops, events, classes, retreats, and one-to-one sessions.
  • “Agreement” means the legally binding contract entered into when a booking is made through the Website
  • “Product”means an item available for sale on the Website.
  • “Consultancy” means providing expert advice to the Customer as detailed in the Engagement Letter.
  • “Engagement Letter” means the agreement between All Humanity and the Customer, outlining the scope of work to be performed along with the Terms and Conditions related to our appointment.
  • “Content” means information, data, documents, blogs, social media posts, and images uploaded to the Website.

5.1 Whilst we take every care to provide high quality content that is accurate and valuable to our customers, the information contained in our Website is for general information purposes only and is not medical or professional advice, so should not be relied on as such. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

5.2 In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including but not limited to, direct or indirect loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this Website.

5.3 Through this Website you may be able to link to other websites which are not under the control of All Humanity. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.

5.4 Every effort is made to keep the Website up and running smoothly. However, we take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the Website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

6.1 Unless otherwise stated, All Humanity Ltd and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the Website and created by All Humanity. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this for your own personal use subject to restrictions set out in these terms.

6.2 You must not:

  • Republish material from All Humanity
  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from All Humanity
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from All Humanity
  • Redistribute content from All Humanity

7.1 You may only use the Website in line with these terms, and for lawful and proper purposes. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes of practice within the UK or other jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Website. In particular, you agree that you will not: 

  • Use the Website in a manner which causes or may cause an infringement of the rights of any other person or which violates any applicable law or regulation;
  • Make any unauthorised, false or fraudulent bookings;
  • Use any software, routine, engine or other device to interfere or attempt to interfere electronically or manually with the operation and look of this website, or to breach or attempt to breach its security. 

7.2 You may link to our Home Page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement on our part where none exists.

7.3 You must not establish a link to our site in any website that is not owned by you.

7.4 The Website must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of our Website other than the Home Page.

7.5 We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

7.6 If you wish to make any use of Content on our Website other than that set out above, please contact hello@allhumanity.co.uk.

7.7 We reserve the right in our sole and absolute discretion to restrict or prohibit your access to the Website at any time and for any reason. If you violate any of these terms, your permission to use the Website shall terminate immediately without the necessity for any notice.

8.1 By accepting these terms, you agree to us using your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you’re no longer happy for us to use your information, we’ll have to stop providing you services but we may keep your personal data and use it where we have lawful grounds to do so. For example, any records we need to keep for regulatory reasons (see our Privacy Policy).

9.1 Agreement

9.1.1 Making a booking through our Website creates a legally binding contract between (1) The Customer, (2) The Participant(s) named under the same booking, and (3) All Humanity.

9.1.2 By making the booking on behalf of one or more Participants you confirm that you are authorised to agree to these terms on their behalf.

9.1.3 As with any legally binding agreement, you should read the terms carefully prior to accepting it.

9.2 Changes to this Agreement

9.2.1 We may make changes to the terms of this Agreement, but the latest version will always appear on this page. If you continue to use the Website or our services after changes have been made, you will be considered to have accepted the changes to the Agreement between us.

9.3 Payment

9.3.1 Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown on the Website are inclusive of VAT. Bookings and purchases must be paid for immediately by credit or debit card. If we cannot accept your order for any reason, we will process a full refund within 14 days.

9.4 Confirmation of Booking

9.4.1 When you book an Event with us through our Website, the booking won’t be confirmed until we send you an email confirmation, even if you‘ve transferred money to us.

9.4.2 We will email your booking confirmation to the email address provided during checkout. If you have not received your confirmation within 48 hours of booking, please contact us. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email is set up to allow you to receive your confirmation, and we cannot accept any liability for any consequences of your not doing so. Please retain proof of your registration, as this and/or identification may be requested upon check-in for the Event.

9.5 Screening Questionnaires

9.5.1 Some Events, such as 6-8 week courses, require Participants to complete a Screening Questionnaire after a booking is made. This is an important part of our safeguarding process and where appropriate we may schedule a follow up call. If for any reason, any information provided suggests that a Participant is not fit to attend the course, we reserve the right to cancel their booking and refund that Participant’s booking fee, less 10% + VAT administration fee, to the Customer.

9.6 Materials and Handouts

9.6.2 Unless stated otherwise, the first copy of the Event/course materials are included in the fees. If for any reason additional copies are requested, these will be made available at an additional cost.

9.6.3 Any recorded or written material included or presented as part of the Event is protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright laws and may not be used without obtaining prior written permission from All Humanity and the respective authors.

9.7 Personal Responsibility

9.7.1 By registering for an Event, Participants assume the responsibility of ensuring they are physically and psychologically fit to participate and that they have consulted with their GP, therapist, or other healthcare professional where appropriate.

9.7.2 All Humanity staff, teachers or other representatives will not be responsible for assessing a Participant’s fitness to participate in an Event. However, the Participant should inform the teacher or administrators (privately) of any personal concerns that may arise as the Event progresses. If for any reason the teacher or administrators deem it necessary to ask a Participant to leave a session or Event altogether, the Participant agrees to do so immediately.

9.7.3 Some of the activities undertaken in mindfulness courses are movement or floor-based and it is sometimes necessary to move light furniture around (e.g. chairs). It is always the responsibility of each Participant to make the decision about whether to take part in a specific activity.

9.7.4 Some of the activities undertaken in mindfulness courses require us to confront difficulties in our lives. It is always the responsibility of each Participant to make the decision about whether to take part in a specific activity.

9.7.5 If there is any doubt, the decision should always be to exercise caution and we recommend that Participants consult a GP or other health professional, if ever unsure whether an activity is safe for them to do.

9.8 Attendance and Conduct


9.8.1 Please ensure you arrive on time for your Event. We welcome early arrival but ask that you arrive no more than 10 minutes early.

9.8.2 We operate a policy of a 5 minute grace period, after which entry into the Event is not permitted in order to prevent disruption to the other participants.


9.8.3 In order to provide a space where participants feel safe we place a strong emphasis on confidentiality. As part of this we ask that you refrain from using any audio or visual recording equipment during Events; do not provide access to, or share login details or content with any third parties; ensure you have a private space where you can attend the Event if it is taking place online; and familiarise yourself with key documents such as our Boundaries Policy and Code of Conduct.


9.8.4 As our name implies, we welcome all of our humanity and do not shy away from the unpleasant or the difficult. Your joys and frustrations, your smiles and your tears are all welcome here. To ensure this a safe and welcoming community, we ask that you conduct yourself in a courteous manner and treat other members of the community with respect and kindness – it is our belief that this is not something that has to be earned, but something that as human beings we are all intrinsically worthy of.

9.8.5 We reserve the right to refuse admission to any person we consider in our absolute discretion to be unsuitable for admission to an Event or to remove any such person after the commencement of an Event.

Health & Safety

9.8.6 We ask that you comply with all health and safety, licensing, and other rules and regulations of the venue. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with any rules and regulations that apply.

Events (including Courses, Workshops, Retreats and Events)

10.1 Cancellation by All Humanity

10.1.1 We reserve the right to cancel an Event (including Courses, Workshops, Retreats and Events) for any reason. Whilst we would only do this in exceptional circumstances that mean we are unable to offer the Event as advertised, or if there are insufficient numbers booked to make it viable, we will notify you as soon as we have knowledge of the cancellation.

10.1.2 In the case that an Event is cancelled by All Humanity, we will issue a full refund of the GBP amount or the option of being transferred to an alternative event. However, we will not be able to compensate you for any other expenses you have incurred in connection with the Event, e.g. cancelled transport (trains, aeroplanes etc), accommodation or exchange rate losses. Please ensure you take out relevant insurance to protect yourself against this.

10.2 Event or Session Rescheduling by All Humanity

10.2.1 If an Event or one of the sessions making up an Event needs to be cancelled as a result of teacher absence or other unforeseeable circumstance, we will make every reasonable effort to make it up by rescheduling or adding missed hours to remaining sessions.

10.2.2 Where it concerns a session making up an Event, we will do so by adding a session at the end of the course at the same time and day, or by adding course time to previously scheduled class sessions. If that is not possible, it may be necessary to reschedule it for an alternative day, time, and/or location. In this case, Participants will be responsible for any special arrangements required to attend the session. All Humanity and the course teacher reserve the right to engage a substitute teacher as necessary to ensure the continuity of the Event.

10.2.3 In these circumstances you acknowledge that we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

10.3 Cancellation by the Participant or Customer

10.3.1 You have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel the Agreement and receive a full refund or credit. Exceptions to this are where the Event you have booked is taking place within that 14 day period; an Event has begun; or you have downloaded digital course materials.

10.3.2 If an Agreement is cancelled by a Participant or a Customer outside of the cancellation period we are unable to offer any refunds or course transfers unless:

  • The Event is full and your place can be filled from a waiting list, or
  • You are unwell/injured and provide a doctor’s note;

10.3.3 in which case a refund minus a 10% + VAT admin fee will be issued to the Customer, or alternatively the full fee can be applied as a credit towards a future course. This must be booked in advance and is subject to availability.

10.3.4 Please note that once an Event has started, no refunds, credits or course transfers will be possible, under any circumstances.


10.3.5 We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable – but cancelling late or not attending at all often stops other students from booking places in that class. If you cancel a class booking within 3 hours of the class start time, the class will not be credited back to you or refunded.

10.3.6 We require that you sign into class a minimum of 5 minutes prior to the class start time. If you have not signed in by this time your space will be opened up to allow drop ins. If you arrive 5 minutes after the class has started, you will not be able to attend the class and this will be treated as a late cancellation.

One-on-One Sessions

10.3.7 We operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy on behalf of teachers, therapists and coaches. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or if you do not turn up for your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee in these circumstances.

10.4 Refunds

10.4.1 You understand and accept that any refunds payable may take up to 14 days to process.

10.4.2 Refunds will be paid in GBP to the Customer and we will not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of currency exchange fluctuations or transaction charges.

11.1 None of our Events are intended to provide a therapeutic environment or be a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, or ongoing medical advice from a qualified medical practitioner.

11.2 We exclude any liability relating to any statement or representation made in respect of the therapeutic, psychological, or medical benefits of our services and products.

11.3 Any unresolved issues which may surface and which may warrant medical treatment, counselling or psychotherapy, will be at the Participant’s own risk and expense.

11.4 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

11.5 Except as expressly stated in these terms, we do not give any representation, warranties or undertakings in relation to the Events. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to the Website or any content on it, whether express or implied. In particular, we will not be responsible for ensuring that the Events are suitable for your purposes.

11.6 We will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

  • Use of, or inability to use, the Website; or
  • Use of or reliance on any content displayed on the Website.

Business Customers

11.7 Please note that we will under no circumstances whatever be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with the Agreement for:

  • Loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue.
  • Loss or corruption of data, information, or software.
  • Business interruption.
  • Loss of anticipated savings.
  • Loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation.
  • Any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

11.8 Notwithstanding the above, our total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with the Agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount received by All Humanity under the Agreement.

11.9 We only hold the Events for internal use by your business, and you agree not to use the Events or any materials provided at our events for any resale purposes.


11.10 If All Humanity fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into the Agreement.

11.11 Participants attend and participate in Events at their own risk. We accept no responsibility for any of the following:

  • Any person prevented from entering a venue, or asked to leave due to their conduct.
  • Costs or expenses whatsoever or howsoever arising out of or in connection with any Event.
  • Loss or damage to personal property.
  • Personal injury. Liability is specifically excluded in respect of any dietary, health or other special requirement of which we were not informed at the time of booking.
  • Loss of data, profit, revenue, use, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, reputation or opportunity, financial or economic loss or any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

12.1 If any provision of these terms is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed amended to the minimal extent required to make such provision enforceable. The unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms.

12.2 In circumstances where a provision cannot be amended in order to become valid and enforceable, such provision shall, to that extent only, be severed from the remaining provisions of these terms, which shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13.1 We shall not be liable for any breach of these terms which is a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation war, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, sabotage, boycott, embargo, explosion, fire, earthquake, flood, unavoidable accident, epidemic, act of God, action or inaction of any governmental official or agency (civil or military) and refusal of any licences or permits, if properly applied for.

14.1 We work very hard to provide a high quality service, but if something does go wrong, please email us at hello@allhumanity.co.uk and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues.

15.1 The terms will always be available on our Website.

15.2 We can make changes to the terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes which are relevant to you.
