Mindfulness

Whatever your definition of success, there is no version of success that excludes wellbeing. Mindful practice gives you the tools to reach your personal and professional potential, and a way to manage your wellbeing that will serve you for a lifetime.

Feel better through

mindfulness

Even if you have a lot, you can feel like something’s missing. Like something in your life needs to change. You might not even know what’s wrong, but you do know it’s making you feel stressed, lost, unfulfilled. It’s affecting your sleep, your relationships, your work.

Rebuild your wellbeing on a solid foundation. By resourcing yourself from the inside out, mindfulness helps you realise your true potential and achieve more without burning out.

what is

mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the awareness you experience when you pay attention to the present moment, on purpose and without judgement. Noticing your thoughts, feelings and sensations. Bringing an attitude of warm curiosity to what’s going on in the mind, body and around you.

This awareness allows you to relate differently to your experiences, to see clearly, as things really are. To hear a sound as a sound, to feel a sensation as a sensation, to see a thought as a thought. It frees you from the constant chatter in your mind and helps you step out of the stories you tell yourself, to experience a new perspective.

A foundation for wellbeing

The positive effect of mindfulness on our wellbeing means that people turn to it for many reasons. Whether you’re looking for support for depression or chronic pain, want to better manage your stress or feel more fulfilled, the only prerequisite is an open and curious mind. Then, our guided courses empower you to be well and stay well.

More than meditation

Meditation is the practice we use to develop our capacity for mindfulness. It allows you to cultivate awareness by focusing the attention on an anchor, like the breath or a sensation of the body. With practice, you’ll be able to draw on mindfulness whenever you need it, for longer periods of time, to support you in all sorts of situations.

Ancient wisdom meets modern science

Far from being the latest woke fad, mindfulness has been practiced for millennia. Melding contemplative traditions with contemporary psychology, it is a secular, evidence-based practice that is proven to relieve stress and improve wellbeing. Our mindfulness courses are based on up-to-date research, and honour the deep roots on which they draw.

An eye-opening experience

Mindfulness doesn’t force relaxation. It encourages you to be present with what you’re experiencing in the moment—whatever it is—and to make a conscious choice about how to respond to it. We meditate together, get curious about what we’re experiencing, recognise unhelpful habits, and find new ways of being. It’s both an uncomfortable and joyous experience!
