Welcome to All Humanity
There's no version of
success
without wellbeing
When stress, sadness or anxiety become overwhelming, they can affect your everyday life. They can make you withdraw from your friends, burnout at work, and lose your joy. Like you’re surviving, not truly living.
But there is a way to manage your feelings so that you can balance work and life, and feel joy again. Even in a demanding role, you can protect your wellbeing with a little know-how.
All Humanity helps prevent the unavoidable stressors of everyday life from causing unnecessary distress using evidence-based mindfulness. We show people how to be well and stay well using mindful awareness and self-compassion practices. And we help companies to support their employees’ wellbeing through mindfulness and compassion-based programmes.

our story
Our mission to prevent unnecessary human distress stems from our founder Roya Hekmatpanah’s own life experience. After moving on from a high-pressure career, she realised the toll a non-stop work culture had had on her.
In pursuit of her own recovery, Roya started researching the link between our minds, bodies and environments, and discovered that there’s more to managing stress than simply adopting a “can-do” attitude.
Observing others continue to lead that same lifestyle, Roya saw a ticking timebomb: highly-capable, ambitious professionals achieving career success but at the expense of their wellbeing, and unsuspecting of the impact it could have. Believing that you shouldn’t have to choose between your career and your health, Roya wanted to share this knowledge.

Today, All Humanity teaches people the cognitive skills to look after themselves so that their wellbeing doesn’t suffer, even in a high-pressure career. And we support organisations to embed a work culture that’s compatible with living a healthy life.
Roya is deeply involved in the wellbeing space. She has taught mindfulness at Soho House, is the Chair of The Mindfulness Network CIC, MBCT teacher at London Centre for Mindfulness, and a regular panellist at Insight Collective events. She writes regularly on the All Humanity blog, is a contributor to Medium and shares thought-leadership articles on LinkedIn.
